At PYCS, we believe in transparency and simplicity when it comes to our pricing. So, you get a simple and clear policy without any hidden charges or odd fee structures.
Our rates start at 375€ a day, which includes administrative fees, crew fees, and provisioning. VAT, crew transfers, and vessel expenses such as fuel, mooring fees, and authorities fees are not included.

3 Simple Steps
Schedule A Delivery
Your delivery reservation is confirmed once we receive a signed contract and a 30% deposit ​​
Fully refundable, minus a 5% handling fee, if cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled delivery date
Getting Ready
The remaining delivery fee, along with an estimated expense budget, is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled delivery date
Delivery Completion
Payment of any remaining balance, including any additional expenses is required upon delivery completion
We recognize the need for flexibility. If any schedule changes are required, even at the last minute. we won’t charge additional fees

Our captains are adept at ensuring cost efficiency and accountability in every delivery. throughout the entirety of the delivery process, we ensure that expenses are kept to a minimum without compromising on quality or safety. Upon completion of each delivery, you get a comprehensive report detailing all expenses incurred. This report is thoughtfully organized in a clear and easy-to-understand format, providing you with a transparent breakdown of every cost associated with your delivery.
